You might have heard about free home water tests. They are out there, but they are, more often than not – essentially – sales presentations. Companies offering free water testing are generally not qualified to properly test water, don’t engage enough equipment to properly identify most water problems, frequently are paid on sales-based commission (high pressure selling), and will try to sell you something whether you need it or not!
